1. General

1.1. The LIEN website (the "Site") is an online store operated by LIEN, a licensed business (partnership), registration no. 558625752, located at David Pinkas 13, Rishon LeZion (the "Company" or "Business").

1.2. Browsing the Site and/or purchasing products through it constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please refrain from using the Site.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time the order is placed.

2. Products and Service

2.1. The Site sells streetwear clothing items under the LIEN brand.

2.2. Product images are for illustration only. Minor differences may exist between the image and the actual product (color shade, lighting, etc.) due to different display settings.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to discontinue a product, change prices, and correct typographical or pricing errors on the Site at any time, prior to final order confirmation.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase only. An order is considered confirmed only after confirmation from the Company and approval of the transaction by the credit card/clearing company.

3.2. The Company may, at its discretion, decline an order — including in cases of incorrect details, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock — and the customer will be fully refunded in such cases.

4. Shipping

4.1. The Company undertakes to deliver the order within 5-7 business days from order confirmation, via an external shipping company.

4.2. Shipping is provided free of charge to the customer (free shipping), at the Company's expense, on every order.

4.3. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.

4.4. In the event of an exceptional delay in delivery beyond the promised time, the customer is welcome to contact the Company's customer service using the details on the "Contact" page.

4.5. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details (address, phone) provided are correct and accurate. Delays in delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer are not the Company's responsibility.

5. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

5.1. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased on the Site may be returned or exchanged, subject to the terms below.

5.2. Eligibility conditions — the item must be new, clean, unused, with the original tag still attached. Used items will not be accepted.

5.3. How to contact us — please contact the Company using the details on the "Contact" page, and state: full name, date of purchase, and the item you wish to return or exchange.

5.4. Statutory right of cancellation — in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the eligibility conditions in section 5.2 are met.

5.5. Defective product or Company error — if the product received is defective, was damaged in transit, or an incorrect size/item was sent due to the Company's fault — the product will be replaced immediately, at the Company's expense, with an identical sound product, or any other product from the Site of the same value at the customer's choice. Alternatively, the customer is entitled to a full refund. In any such case, the cost of return shipping and shipping of the replacement item shall be fully borne by the Company.

5.6. Return/exchange not due to a defect (change of mind, wrong size) — a customer who wishes to return or exchange a product for reasons unrelated to a defect or Company error shall bear the cost of shipping the item back to the Company and/or shipping the replacement item.

5.7. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, in the event of a cancellation not due to a defect, the Company will not charge any additional cancellation fees beyond the shipping cost stated in section 5.6.

5.8. A refund, if made, will be issued to the payment method used in the original transaction, within 14 business days of the returned product being received by the Company and its condition verified.

5.9. Nothing in the above derogates from consumer rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company is responsible for the content displayed on the Site, the sales process, and the delivery of products as detailed in these Terms.

6.2. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or any damage not arising directly from an act or omission of the Company.

6.3. Use of the Site is at the user's sole responsibility. The Company takes reasonable data security measures but does not warrant that the Site will be completely immune to breaches or malfunctions.

7. Privacy

The Site's full privacy policy is set out in the separate "Privacy Policy" page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these Terms and the use of the Site shall be vested in the competent courts of the Central District.
