LIEN (the "Company"), which operates the LIEN website, respects the privacy of Site users. This document details what information is collected, how it is stored, and for what purposes it is used.

2.1. When placing an order, information is collected including: full name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and payment details (processed directly by the payment provider and not stored on the Company's servers).

2.2. The Site may collect technical information about Site usage (such as browser type, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics tools, to improve user experience.

3. Purposes of Use

The collected information is used solely for: processing and shipping the order, contacting you regarding the order, providing customer service, and, where consent has been given, sending updates and promotions.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

4.1. The Company does not sell or rent customer details to third parties for foreign marketing purposes.

4.2. Shipping details are transferred to the shipping company solely to deliver the order.

4.3. Payment details are transferred directly to the authorized payment provider (the clearing company the Site works with), in accordance with accepted data security standards (PCI DSS), and the Company does not store credit card details on its servers.

4.4. The Company may disclose information in the event of a lawful request from a competent authority.

5. Data Security

The Company takes accepted security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect the information provided on the Site. However, complete protection against any breach or misuse cannot be guaranteed.

6. Right to Access and Correct Information

In accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, any user may contact the Company to review information stored about them, correct it, or request its deletion, using the contact details on the "Contact" page.
